Sydney Hair & Makeup Artist, Apoorva

Hi! I’m Apoorva. I’ve been in the makeup and hair world for about 10 years now. I studied Cosmetology at Pivot Point Academy in Chicago back in 2014, and later got licensed in New York.

I was born in India and raised in Sydney. I actually started out studying Computer Science at University of Technology Sydney, but pretty quickly realised my heart was in beauty. After graduating, I moved overseas and saved up to follow my passion and go to beauty school.

Since then, I’ve trained with some incredible artists and had my work featured in a few publications. I absolutely love bridal and formal styling—especially detailed, intricate hairstyles and timeless, classic makeup looks.
